About the position
Alcool NB Liquor is embarking on a multi-year business transformation project, including the implementation of Microsoft D365. We are seeking a Data Integration Analyst to ensure quality data migration from Microsoft GP (Great Plains) to D365 SCM, working through numerous iterations of continuously building data conversion cycles.
What will you be doing?
Reporting to the IT Lead, you will collaborate with IT to design and model application data structures, storage, and integration in accordance with enterprise-wide architecture standards across legacy, web, cloud, and purchased package environments. You will model, execute, and manage data integration practices that ingest, transform, and provision data across various sources into an organized and unified view.
Core responsibilities

Planning, developing, and supporting ETL processes, including ETL design, ETL development, and ETL documentation

Planning, executing, and managing the integration of data across our data assets

Developing standards, designs, data maps & developing and modifying functions, programs, routines, and stored procedures to export, transform, and load data

Developing and executing test plans and scenarios, including data design, tool design, data extract/transform, networks, and hardware

Tracking industry trends and recommending enterprise data integrations to accommodate users’ needs and business processes
Required experience
-
At least one complete D365 F&O implementation, utilizing Data Management and Data Entities, to migrate Great Plains or AX data

Proficiency in technical, functional, and deployment architecture of Dynamics 365 F&O best practices

Developing validation rules to ensure mapping accuracy, data conversion, transformation, and source to target data validation
Technical expertise

Data transformation experience (Extract, Cleanse, Transform, Load)

Experience with Data Cleansing tools and providing guidance on their use

Proficiency in overall system integrations using Azure integration platform

Good understanding of functional modules, including General Ledger, Account Receivable, Accounts Payable, Sales & Marketing, Procurement & Sourcing, Inventory Management, data migration, data management & FastTrack go-live assessment, Power Platform, Logic Apps, Power Automate, Azure Data Lake, CDS, Dual Write

The successful candidate must be based in Canada and travel occasionally to ROC for meetings and planning sessions
