a) Working from cutting list, identify the appropriate pattern and set up job to maximize productive use of the material and to minimize scrap.
b) Visually inspect leather for defects and advise supervision of any problems or non-conforming conditions.
c) When material meets Company requirements for quality and appearance, manually cut leather according to instructions on cutting list, ensuring minimum scrap and maximum effective yield.
d) Referring to published job standards, identify and bundle cut material for transfer to sewing department per job instructions.
