VOX Mental Health in Barrie, ON, is excited to expand our team! We are looking for one passionate and skilled Registered Social Workers (MSW) to provide counselling and psychotherapy services to individuals and couples. This position offers the flexibility to build your caseload based on your availability, with options for part-time or full-time hours. We are in no rush to hire- we care more about fit, then filling the space. Office availability is Tuesdays 9-9, Wednesdays 9-9, Thursdays 9-3, Fridays 9-9 and Sundays 9-9 (no need to work all of those hours, but priority will be given to practitioners offering evenings hours.).

Qualifications
- Master’s level education in Social Work (MSW)
- Full registration with the Ontario College of Social Workers and Social Service Workers (OCSWSSW)
- Valid Criminal Records Check and Vulnerable Sector Screening (within the past year)
- Valid Professional Liability Insurance, maintained annually
- Commitment to ongoing learning, professional development, and ethical practice
Responsibilities
- Provide individual, couple, and family therapy in a private practice setting
- Maintain accurate and timely notes, treatment plans, reports, and documentation
- Implement effective clinical interventions tailored to client needs
- Uphold strict confidentiality and data protection standards
- Maintain professional licensing and insurance requirements
- Track and pay your own taxes as an independent contractor

While it may take a few weeks to build your caseload, we are fully committed to supporting you in this process. We invest significantly into marketing, so your caseload will build.
