Coordinates procedures related to frontline services and business procedures of the Office of Undergraduate Studies. Supervises students and acting as their primary point of contact. Develops, reviews and implements procedures in accordance with industry best practices. Promotes team spirit and finds solutions to special requests.
Knowledge of administration usually acquired through postsecondary studies and several years of experience in a similar role.
Advanced knowledge of academic programs at the high school, college, undergraduate and graduate levels. Three years’ experience in an academic setting.
Experience in providing customer service.
Experience in interpreting, communicating and applying policies and procedures.
Team management experience in a constantly changing environment.
Experience using computer systems such as word processing software, databases, spreadsheets, email, the Internet and student information systems.

Temporary assignment or contract of 10 months, with possibility of renewal. Eligibility to benefits and union affiliation will be determined upon hiring.
