We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Laundry Attendant to join our team! Responsibilities
- Operate laundry equipment such as washers & dryers
- Sort, load, and unload laundry items with care, ensuring proper handling of delicate fabrics
- Maintain cleanliness of laundry areas by performing routine cleaning and sanitation tasks
- Monitor laundry cycles
- Fold, package, and organize clean linens or garments for distribution or storage
- Assist with inventory management of laundry supplies and report shortages or maintenance needs
- Assist with pickups and deliveries as needed
Requirements
- Cleaning and/or laundry experience preferred but not required
- Strong knowledge of cleaning procedures, sanitation standards, and laundry operations
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently in a fast-paced setting
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Effective communication skills to coordinate with team members and respond to customer needs
- Customer service orientation with a positive attitude towards teamwork and quality service
- Valid Drivers License with reliable vehicle and insurance
