Overview
We are seeking a friendly and attentive Server to join our dynamic team in providing exceptional dining experiences. Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their visit
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems or manual methods
- Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining presentation standards
- Assist with food preparation and ensure proper food handling procedures are followed
- Refill beverages, clear tables, and maintain cleanliness of the dining area
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders
- Handle customer inquiries or complaints professionally to ensure satisfaction
- Uphold food safety standards and sanitation protocols at all times
- Support team members during busy periods to ensure smooth restaurant operations
Skills
- Prior restaurant experience or background in the food industry is preferred
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly, professional demeanor
- Knowledge of serving techniques, food safety, and proper food handling procedures
- Experience with food preparation or barista duties is a plus
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well within a team
- Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
