Toronto-based brokerage and consulting firm is looking for new home Sales Representatives to work at presentation centres across the Greater Toronto Area.

Brick + Mortar's Sales Representatives represent builders and developers at their presentation centres throughout the Greater Toronto Area. Sales Representatives are required to greet and present new home product to prospective purchasers who visit the office with the ultimate goal of selling new homes. Brick + Mortar's sales representatives report on their daily activity with accuracy, follow up with every prospective purchaser, have unparalleled knowledge of the product they are selling, continually study the competitive environment around them, and represent the client, and Brick + Mortar, with a high degree of professionalism.
Various possibilities throughout the GTA.
Experience & Education Required:
Licensed Realtor, through RECO, in good standing, required
University degree or college diploma preferred
3+ years of real estate sales experience
Experience in new home sales preferred
Ability to create relationships with prospective purchasers
Thorough understanding of agreements of purchase and sale
Attention to detail and organizational skills
Enjoy working with a team
Honest and reliable
Computer savvy with experience using Microsoft Excel
Working 5 days per week, including Saturday and Sunday
Compensation is commission based.
