*Job Overview* We are seeking a dedicated Veterinary Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and administrative support in a veterinary clinic setting. *Responsibilities* - Greet clients and their pets in a friendly and professional manner - Schedule appointments and manage the clinic's calendar - Answer phone calls, emails, and inquiries promptly - Process payments and handle billing tasks - Maintain accurate client records in the database - Assist with basic administrative duties as needed *Skills* - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Excellent customer service abilities - Proficiency in basic computer applications - Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment - Knowledge of laboratory procedures is a plus
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $18.00-$24.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
