Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of all areas, including floors, restrooms, offices, and common spaces using appropriate cleaning tools and supplies
- Conduct commercial cleaning tasks such as dusting, vacuuming, mopping, trash removal, and sanitizing surfaces to uphold cleanliness standards
- Maintain facilities by inspecting for maintenance issues and reporting repairs needed to ensure safety and functionality
- Restock supplies such as paper towels, soap dispensers, and other consumables to ensure continuous availability
- Follow health and safety protocols diligently to prevent accidents and promote a safe environment for all occupancy.
- Keep detailed records of cleaning schedules, maintenance activities, and supply inventories for accountability
Experience
- Prior experience in cleaning or janitorial services is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided for the right candidate
- Familiarity with commercial cleaning procedures and facilities maintenance practices is advantageous
- Ability to operate cleaning equipment such as vacuums, buffers, or floor scrubbers is a plus
- Strong attention to detail with a proactive approach to identifying areas needing attention
- Excellent time management skills to efficiently complete daily tasks within scheduled shifts
