On behalf of our client, leaders in the production of Car Parts, we are actively seeking a Forklift Driver to operate COUNTERBALANCE AND RAYMOND REACH WITH EXPERIENCE to join their growing team.
An ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, great punctuality and take pride in their work.
This position provides steady work hours, potential for overtime and room for growth within the company.
Shift: 6 am to 3 pm Monday to Thursday, Friday - 6 am to 12:30 pm
Job Duties:
· Picking and stocking orders
· Load trucks with customer orders; unload all incoming shipments
. Shipping and receiving
. Shrink wrap pallets
· Put received goods in their designated racks or areas immediately upon their arrival
· Maintain and organize inventory
· Can also do work off of the forklift when needed. Pack boxes, pack skids, general cleaning in work area
· Will need to have flexible hours
Job Requirements:
· Reach truck experience - minimum 2 years
· Sit down Counterbalance forklift experience - minimum 2 years
· Dockstocker experience - minimum 2 years
· Order Picker(optional)
· Working at heights (optional)
· Swing Reach(optional)
· High school diploma or equivalent
. Basic computer knowledge
. Must have Working in Heigts Certificate is an asset
· Must Have Forklift certification (Raymond Reach and Counterbalance)
· Flexible hours with the ability to work on Saturdays if needed
· Detail-oriented and organized
· Ability to work efficiently, both independently as well as in a team setting
Benefits/Perks:
· $20.00 + 4% vacation pay
· Temporary to Permanent position
· Full-time hours with overtime if needed
