Responsibilities:
- Able to work with minimal supervision and safely operate a company service vehicle.
- Must have own basic tools hand tools and power tools to perform job duties, Company specialty tools provide when required.
- Candidate to provide criminal reference check and driver abstract
- Excellent problem solving and customer service skills.
- Experience with Commercial buildings and facilities, as well as condo's.
- Must have a great ability to carry out work in a professional and respectful manner and properly communicate with customers.
- Adhere to all company safety policies and protocols.
- Inspect plumbing systems and identify any issues or potential problems
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of projects
- Job require on call rotations and evening and weekend work sometimes
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Trade school in Plumbing & Gas is a must with experience
- Need to have experience in plumbing & Gas fitting with service knowledge
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
- Knowledge of plumbing tools and equipment
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Good communication and teamwork abilities
- Physical stamina to perform manual labor tasks

Pay: $43.00-$55.00 per hour
Expected hours: 35.0 – 50.0 per week

Education:
- AEC / DEP or Skilled Trade Certificate (preferred)
Experience:
- plumbing & gasfitting: 3 years (required)
