We are currently recruiting for a Junior Analyst.

Position Summary:
The role of a Junior Analyst is to provide digital media intelligence to make faster and more effective investment decisions that drive business outcomes.

Responsibilities:
Use strong analytical skills, business acumen and attention to quality to provide data and analysis to assist in solving complex problems
Communicate insights and suggest improvements based on data and observed trends
Drive core insights from data to suggest, create and execute multivariate or a/b tests that drive fundamental improvements
Develop advanced tagging strategies for measuring attribution and capturing multi-channel campaign performance across: social, mobile, programmatic, digital media, and e-commerce
Develop and present standard and ad-hoc reports and analysis to stakeholders across the organization
Work closely with Business Intelligence, to ensure timely and accurate maintenance of internal dashboards and data management
Perform proactive and reactive analyses to ensure data integrity
Create performance forecasts and track actual performance against forecasted plans

Qualifications:
BS/BA in Statistics, Economics, Math, Computer Science, Marketing or applicable experience
1-2 years of experience in an analytics based role, preferred but not necessary
Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Excel, SQL, or VBA
Knowledge of various measurement technologies: website traffic analytics software (tagging and log file based) such as Omniture (SiteCatalyst), Google Analytics, WebTrends, CoreMetrics, comScore, and social media analytics (Facebook Insights, Sysomos)
Experience working with MediaOcean Prisma and third-party ad-serving platforms (Sizmek/DoubleClick for Advertisers)
Strong familiarity with using Tableau, Google Data Studio or other reporting visualization platforms
Topline knowledge of social media marketing and programmatic buying
Strong problem solving, business analysis, and quantitative skills
Strong communication skills (verbal & written); ability to provide concise, clear reporting and actionable analysis
Ability to pull data from multiple sources and formulate comprehensive and actionable reports
Proven ability to self-check work to ensure results are error-free
Ability to plan, organize and work on multiple tasks simultaneously
