Candidate Requirements
Must be physically fit
Must live in Moose Jaw
Must be able to work early mornings and flexible with start and finish times
Must have the ability to be on-call all hours
Must possess a valid Class 5 Driver’s License at minimum and possess reliable transportation
· Owning a truck would be an asset and a vehicle allowance would be provided
Must be able to work independently
Must not possess a criminal record; employment references and background checks are performed
Owning a cell phone and being able to use it for work would be an asset and a phone allowance would be provided
Responsibilities
Snow shovelling, spreading ice melter
Litter pickup
General building maintenance & inspections
Key holder
Lawn care; mowing, trimming, weeding, watering, etc.
Respond to tenant and client requests at any given moment
Wage: negotiable
