Kieswetter Mazda is growing and looking for a motivated, detail-oriented Automotive Appearance & Glass Technician to join our team. This hands-on role is ideal for someone experienced in window tint installation, paint protection film (PPF) application, and automotive glass replacement, who is also willing to help with a variety of dealership tasks as needed.

Key Responsibilities
Install automotive window tint to dealership standards
Apply paint protection film (PPF) on new and used vehicles
Remove and replace automotive windshields and other vehicle glass
Prepare vehicles for delivery by ensuring appearance standards are met
Perform quality control inspections on completed work
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
Assist with detailing, accessory installations, vehicle preparation, and other dealership tasks as required
Support the collision, service and sales departments to help ensure an exceptional customer experience
Qualifications
Experience installing window tint and paint protection film (PPF)
Experience replacing automotive glass
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Valid Ontario driver's license with a clean driving record
Ability to lift and maneuver vehicle glass and related materials
Reliable, punctual, and professional
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working in a dealership or automotive shop environment
Knowledge of vehicle accessories and appearance products
Experience with ceramic coatings or vehicle detailing
