Job Overview: We are seeking a reliable and motivated Food Delivery Driver to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering food orders to our customers in a timely and friendly manner. Your main goal will be to ensure that our customers receive their orders accurately and in excellent condition.
Key Responsibilities:
- Pick up food orders from our kitchen.
- Deliver orders to customers' homes or specified locations.
- Ensure timely and efficient delivery while adhering to traffic laws and safety regulations.
- Verify orders for accuracy before leaving the restaurant.
- Communicate with customers regarding delivery status and any issues that may arise.
- Maintain a clean and organized vehicle.
- Handle cash and digital payments securely.
- Assist with occasional in-store tasks, such as packing orders or managing inventory, or prep duties.
- Provide excellent customer service and represent the company professionally.
Qualifications:
- Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
- Must have access to a reliable vehicle
- Familiarity with local streets and neighborhoods.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
- Basic math skills for handling cash and transactions.
- Previous experience in delivery or customer service is a plus.
