Trail Hub is looking for a passionate and experienced Line Cook to join our growing culinary team.
Located on 140 acres of private land just outside Uxbridge, Trail Hub is unlike any other hospitality destination in the region. We combine outdoor adventure, farm-to-table dining, weddings, corporate events, and unforgettable guest experiences—all in the heart of nature.
Our kitchen supports Nest Restaurant, weddings, private events, corporate functions, and seasonal experiences. We're looking for someone who takes pride in what they put on the plate, thrives during a busy service, and wants to be part of a team that is building something special.
THE ROLE
As a Line Cook, you'll play an important role in delivering the food experience our guests come to Trail Hub for.
You'll work alongside our culinary team to execute high-quality dishes, maintain excellent prep standards, and support our restaurant, wedding, and event operations.
This is a hands-on role for someone who is organized, reliable, fast, and passionate about food.
What You'll Be Doing
- Prepare and execute dishes to recipe and presentation standards
- Work multiple stations during busy à la carte service
- Execute high-volume wedding and event service
- Complete daily prep and support seasonal menu execution
- Maintain excellent timing, organization, and efficiency during service
- Keep your station clean, organized, and food-safe throughout the shift
- Assist with receiving, storage, inventory rotation, and kitchen organization
- Communicate effectively with the kitchen and Front of House teams
- Work with seasonal, local, and quality ingredients
- Follow all food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety standards
- Bring ideas, energy, and a willingness to continuously improve
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
We're looking for someone who:
- Has 3–4+ years of professional kitchen experience
- Takes pride in producing consistently great food
- Is comfortable working in a fast-paced professional kitchen
- Can stay calm, focused, and organized during busy services
- Works well as part of a team but can also take ownership of their station
- Has strong attention to detail and a solid work ethic
- Is dependable, punctual, and ready to get the job done
- Has a passion for seasonal, local, and quality ingredients
- Is physically capable of standing for extended periods and lifting/moving kitchen equipment and supplies
- Is comfortable working evenings, weekends, weddings, and special events

COMPENSATION
$22.00–$24.00/hour + tips/gratuity, based on experience
