We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Car Sales Executive to join our automotive dealership team on a part-time basis. The ideal candidate will excel in outside sales, possess excellent negotiation and communication skills, and have a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. The Car Sales Executive will be responsible for managing sales processes from initial contact through closing, ensuring a seamless and professional experience for every customer.

Key Responsibilities
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, text, social media, and online leads.
- Follow up with new and existing leads to generate appointments and maximize sales opportunities.
- Work a consistent, fixed weekly schedule (minimum one day per week), including weekends as required.
- Manage customer appointments, greet clients professionally, assess their needs, budget, and preferences, and recommend suitable vehicles.
- Present and demonstrate vehicles, explain features and benefits, and conduct test drives.
- Guide customers through the complete sales process, from initial inquiry to vehicle delivery.
- Prepare vehicle quotes and clearly explain pricing, financing options, warranties, and protection products.
- Build long-term relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Maintain accurate customer records, communications, and follow-up activities within the dealership CRM.
- Meet or exceed monthly sales, appointment, and customer satisfaction goals.
- Stay informed on vehicle inventory, specifications, pricing, promotions, and market trends.
- Coordinate with the finance and administration teams to ensure a smooth and efficient delivery process.
- Ensure all inventory is clean, fueled, and presentation-ready for customer appointments and test drives.
- Capture high-quality photos and videos of incoming inventory in accordance with dealership standards.
- Upload vehicle photos, videos, and complete vehicle information to the dealership CRM promptly, ensuring they are readily available for advertising, social media, website listings, and other marketing channels.
- Verify that all vehicle information, specifications, pricing, and media are accurate before publication.
- Assist in creating engaging content for online marketplaces, the dealership website, and social media platforms.
- Support dealership marketing initiatives by maintaining professional, accurate, and attractive online vehicle listings.
- Participate in dealership promotions, sales events, and community outreach activities.
- Maintain a professional appearance, positive attitude, and deliver exceptional customer service at all times.
Qualifications & Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required. A diploma or degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field is considered an asset.
- Sales experience preferred — automotive sales experience is a plus, but high-performing retail or commissioned sales experience will also be considered.
- Valid Class 5 driver's license with a clean driving record is required.
- VSA (Vehicle Sales Authority) license preferred.
- Must be legally eligible to work in Canada.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills are required.
- Bilingual candidates are strongly encouraged to apply. Fluency in Mandarin, Cantonese, Punjabi, Hindi, or other languages is considered a significant asset.
- Comfortable using CRM software, Microsoft Office, smartphones, social media platforms, and digital marketing tools.
- Experience creating social media content, including taking professional-quality photos and videos for vehicle advertising, is an asset.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and customer service skills.
- Self-motivated, professional, goal-oriented, and able to work independently as well as within a team environment.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple customers simultaneously.
- Availability to commit to a minimum of one day per week, with flexibility for weekends as needed.

Compensation
Performance-based pay through a competitive commission structure and volume bonuses with unlimited earning potential.
Working Conditions
- Part-time position with weekday, evening, weekend, and holiday shifts as required (minimum one day per week commitment).
- Primarily based in the dealership showroom with occasional outdoor vehicle demonstrations. Employees are expected to dress appropriately and wear suitable attire for varying weather conditions.
- Requires standing, walking, driving vehicles, and interacting with customers throughout the day.
- On-site parking available.
Pay: From $3,500.00 per month
