Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Line Cook/Prep Cook to join our dynamic culinary team. This role is essential in preparing high-quality dishes, maintaining food safety standards, and supporting the overall kitchen operations. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food preparation, excellent cooking skills, and experience in a fast-paced restaurant environment. Responsibilities
- Prepare ingredients and assist in meal preparation according to recipes and quality standards
- Cook menu items efficiently while maintaining consistency and presentation standards
- Follow food safety guidelines and proper handling procedures to ensure cleanliness and hygiene
- Assist with food plating, garnishing, and portioning to meet restaurant specifications
- Maintain a clean and organized work station, including washing dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment
- Support the team during busy service periods by completing prep work and assisting with order assembly
- Adhere to all health regulations and safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment
Qualifications
- Prior experience in food service, restaurant, or kitchen environments is preferred
- Knowledge of food preparation techniques, cooking methods, and food safety standards
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced setting
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed

Pay: $17.20-$25.00 per hour
