Due to the recent wildfires in the Okanagan and Kootenay regions, HydraClean is hiring 10–30 general labourers right away. We are reviewing applications and interviewing daily, and successful candidates can be working within days. No experience required — we provide paid, on-the-job training.

What You'll Do
Help protect, pack out, and move a family's or business's belongings after fire and smoke damage
Debris removal, site clean-up, and controlled tear-out
Set up and monitor drying and air-cleaning equipment
Load, stage, and protect materials and gear; keep every site clean, organized, and safe
Follow the safety protocols and procedures we train you on — every job, every day
Rebuild properties after mitigation (framing, drywalling, painting, cabinetry, plumbing, flooring etc.)
What You Bring
No experience necessary. We will train you.
A strong work ethic, reliability, and a team-first attitude — this is what matters most to us
Comfort with physical work: lifting, bending, climbing, and being on your feet
The ability to show up on time, follow direction, and take pride in your work
Reliable transportation to our shop (a valid driver's licence is a strong asset)
Willingness to occasionally respond to after-hours or emergency calls — we run 24/7
