Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of restaurant kitchen experience.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.

- Ability to work efficiently while maintaining attention to detail.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Culinary school training is considered an asset.
Responsibilities
- Wash, cut, portion, and prepare ingredients according to restaurant standards.
- Assist with daily food preparation, including vegetables, sauces, and other menu ingredients.
- Prepare and portion condiments such as ginger, soy sauce, wasabi, and other house-made items.
- Mix and prepare sauces following restaurant recipes and standards.
- Label, organize, and store prepared ingredients properly.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen workstations, storage areas, and equipment.
- Follow all food safety, sanitation, and hygiene procedures.
- Assist with inventory organization and notify management when supplies are running low.
- Support kitchen operations during service as required.
- Clean and sanitize work areas, equipment, and utensils at the end of each shift.
- Ensure all prepared items meet the restaurant’s quality standards.
Other information:
- Accepting Part-time
- Availability for Lunch (11:30 am- 3pm) and Dinner (4pm-10pm) shifts from Monday to Sunday.
- Pay based on experience
