```Job Summary```
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Educator to join our team starting July 12th, 2026. This job was supposed to start later in August, but the educator will be stopping earlier so hence the date change in a start date :).
As an Educator, you will be responsible for providing instruction and guidance to students, fostering a positive learning environment, and planning fun activities with the children. This is an exciting opportunity to make a difference in the lives of students and contribute to their educational journey.
```Responsibilities```
- Develop and implement lesson plans based on curriculum guidelines
- Deliver engaging and interactive lessons to student
- Must be RELIABLE. This is a closing shift.
- Assess student performance and provide constructive feedback
- Create a supportive and inclusive classroom environment
- Collaborate with colleagues to enhance teaching strategies
- Communicate with parents or guardians regarding student progress
- Stay updated on educational best practices and trends
- Cleanliness and organization : staff are responsible for making sure the toys are put back in their original spots.
-Tables and counters are wiped down at the end of the day
-Carpet is vacuumed and the floor is mopped when need be.
```Qualifications```
- Level 1 or 2 Child Care Qualification
- First Aid
- Vulnerable Sector Check
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Patience, empathy, and the ability to connect with students
- Organizational skills and attention to detail
```Hours```
Monday to Friday 1:30pm to 6:00pm (closing shift)
In September 2026 once school commences, the Thursday shift will be 11:45am to 6:00pm, due to early dismissal :).

Pay: $15.00-$16.00 per hour
