Denali Transport Inc. is seeking an experienced detail-oriented individual with strong analytical skills and the ability to negotiate and communicate clearly with various stakeholders for the role of Claims Coordinator. This role plays a crucial role in managing and processing claims efficiently and effectively.
As a Claims Coordinator, you will:
- Answer claim calls and take necessary steps to resolve it.
- Review and analyze claims submissions to ensure completeness and accuracy.
- Communicate with clients, insurance adjusters, and other parties to negotiate claim settlements.
- Conduct follow-ups on outstanding claims to ensure timely resolution.
- Create and maintain claims management database.
- Enter documentation including, but not limited to, claim notes, estimates, photos, and correspondence into claims management database.
- Effectively communicate with clients, peers and leadership through written, verbal and in-person mean.
- Receive and enter vehicle accidents into appropriate database
- Process liability insurance claims, in accordance with accident details, Drug and Alcohol policies and DOT compliance
- Manage driver files under the accident policy
- Responsible for handling Denali Transport vehicle damage and communication with adverse parties related to vehicle accidents
Key Qualifications:
- Proficient clerical skills for effective documentation and record-keeping.
- Excellent negotiation abilities to facilitate claim settlements.
- Preferred to have some one who have experience in transportation industry or legal background.
- Proficient in English Language.

- Successful candidates may be required to provide a criminal history background check.
- Proof of education is required.
- Additional assessments may be conducted to evaluate competencies, skills and knowledge.
- Must be authorized to work in Canada.
