What You'll Do
As a Warehouse Associate, you will:
- Operate a Double End Walkie (BT) safely and efficiently.
- Perform key warehouse functions including picking, packing, shipping, receiving, and inventory management.
- Handle inbound shipments, conduct cycle counts, receive and put away products, and replenish stock locations.
- Follow account-specific Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure operational excellence.
- Maintain accurate inventory control using RF scanning equipment.
- Build and maintain positive working relationships with team members and customers.
- Champion workplace safety by adhering to all safety policies and procedures.
- Keep work areas organized, clean, and efficient.
- Support warehouse operations by performing additional duties as assigned by management.
- Lift and move products weighing up to 50 lbs as required.

Required Qualifications
- Previous experience in a fast-paced warehouse, distribution, or logistics environment.
- Valid Forklift Operator Certification.
- Certification and experience operating a Double End Walkie (BT).
- Experience using Radio Frequency (RF) scanning equipment.
- Ability to safely lift up to 50 lbs.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to quality and service.
- Positive attitude, flexibility, adaptability, and a strong work ethic.
- Self-motivated team player who thrives in a collaborative environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience using Vocollect voice-picking technology is considered a strong asset.
