As a Used Car Sales Representative, you’ll help customers find the right pre-owned vehicle while guiding them through every step of the sales journey — from vehicle selection and test drives to pricing, financing, and delivery. You’ll play a key role in creating a positive buying experience while building long-term customer relationships.

Compensation: Commission ranging from $50,000 to $100,000 a year - potential to earn more based on performance.

What You'll Do
- Build strong relationships with customers and provide exceptional service.
- Help customers identify the right pre-owned vehicle based on their needs and budget.
- Conduct engaging and informative vehicle presentations and test drives.
- Explain vehicle features, pricing, warranties, and financing options.
- Complete vehicle sales while identifying opportunities for additional products and services.
- Build and foster a network of referrals to create new opportunities for revenue growth.
- Stay current on inventory, pricing, promotions, and market trends.
- Maintain professionalism and represent the dealership positively at all times.
- Performs other duties as required.
What We're Looking For
- Valid OMVIC certification is required.
- Previous automotive sales experience is preferred - but not required.
- Sales experience is required.
- Customer service experience.
- Valid G driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Professional demeanor, selling style, and appearance.
- Exceptional verbal communication and presentation skills.
- Excellent listening skills.
- Self-motivated, driven, and goal-oriented.
- High energy with a positive and professional attitude.
- Ability to work individually and as part of a team.
- High level of integrity, work ethic and attention to detail.
