What can you expect in this role?
Reporting to the Team Leader, you will be accountable for providing superior service in a processing role
Printing, folding, and organizing an assortment of policy prints and documents and working directly with the mail room
Demonstrating superior computer skills and agility in using a variety of different systems and programs
Consistently meeting quality and production metrics to support the company service standards
Assisting other departments with various tasks as required
What do you bring to the role?
Completed high school diploma and relevant work experience
Comfort working in an isolated environment with little in person interaction
Preference will be given to candidates with a post-secondary degree or diploma or willingness to complete a Chartered Insurance Professional (CIP) designation
Strong computer skills
Previous experience in working in case management, bilingual written and spoken would be an asset
