An Account & Merchandising Manager (“AMM”) will manage and be in control of an assigned geographic area. The role of the AMM will be to develop the assigned Territory (“Territory”) via both number of accounts and maintaining the quality of ongoing accounts.
An AMM is responsible for all sales in the regions they are assigned. The AMM will be a quota position, and performance will be based on achieving preset sales targets. The AMM will be required to call (or e-mail) all accounts in their Territory at least once every two (2) months, and visit all Key Accounts twice (2) a year.
The AMM base salary is $25,000 CAD annually with a bonus of 3% on sales. An additional 1% bonus will be paid monthly if the correct product sales mix is achieved.
A travel allowance will be $0.32 CAD per km. This will be revised from time-to-time as Appleflats policies and CRA rules are modified. Additional expenses for entertaining clients are to be capped at $50.00 CAD/month and receipts submitted. Each Territory for an AMM may have other expenses in line with that Territory and will be negotiated as necessary between CEO and AMM as Territory coverage expands and/or changes.
