Position: Print Project Manager (Production)

About Our Client:
Our client is a nationally recognized leader in retail marketing production, print, and campaign fulfillment, supporting some of Canada’s most recognized retail and consumer brands. With advanced production capabilities and a highly collaborative operational environment, they help deliver large-scale in-store marketing and signage campaigns across the country.
They are currently seeking a Print Project Manager (Production) to join their Aurora-based In-Store Marketing team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced print production environment and coordinating the operational execution of retail signage programs, including inventory management, production scheduling, fulfillment, and cross-functional collaboration.
Responsibilities:
- Manage finished goods inventory for promotional and core in-store signage programs
- Review inventory levels and usage, prepare forecasts, and recommend replenishment quantities
- Monitor inventory backorders and help maintain client service level targets
- Produce project estimates, gather specifications, coordinate testing, and maintain client-specific rate cards
- Create, review, and distribute production documentation while coordinating production schedules
- Act as a key liaison between Production, Kitting, Shipping, Client Services, and external suppliers
- Manage client creative assets and physical inventory
- Maintain project invoicing and ensure all additional billable charges are accurately captured
- Prepare scheduled and ad hoc reports related to inventory, ordering, invoicing, and key performance indicators
- Coordinate the successful execution of retail signage and marketing campaigns from briefing through production and fulfillment
- Resolve production and client issues with support from supervisors while maintaining strong working relationships
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously within a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives while adhering to company quality, safety, and operational standards
Qualifications:
- Post-secondary education in Graphic Communications, Marketing, Business, Supply Chain, or a related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in print production, production coordination, inventory management, fulfillment, client services, marketing operations, or a related operational environment
- Knowledge of in-store marketing execution, digital print production processes, and print substrates is preferred
- Experience with inventory management systems, replenishment planning, kitting, distribution, or fulfillment workflows
- Strong Microsoft Word and Excel skills
- Excellent organizational, communication, and time management abilities
- Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize multiple projects simultaneously
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment while collaborating across multiple departments
