WG Pro-Manufacturing Inc. is a dynamic co-packing company in the food and confectionery industry. We are seeking a Front desk/Data coordinator / to join our team. This position reports directly to the Vice President.
Key ResponsibilitiesAdministrative Responsibilities
- Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls and electronic inquiries.
- Maintain accurate records of visitor interactions and incoming communications.
- Demonstrate advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel for reporting and data management.
- Operate standard office equipment, including computers, photocopiers, and fax machines.
- Receive deliveries and coordinate the distribution of incoming mail.
- Monitor office supply inventory and replenish stock as needed.
- Match packing slips with sales invoices and forward documentation to the Accounting Department.
- Verify receiving documents against purchase invoices and submit them for processing.
- Prepare invoices for miscellaneous transactions and follow up on payment approvals.
- Perform bank reconciliations and prepare daily bank deposits.
- Email purchase orders (POs) to existing vendors and suppliers.
- Provide general administrative support to the office team.
- Maintain organized filing systems for both physical and electronic records.
Business Analysis Responsibilities
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather business needs and identify high-level data insights.
- Support business analysis initiatives through spreadsheet design reviews and solution walkthroughs.
- Document, analyze, and communicate business requirements clearly and accurately.
- Partner with stakeholders to ensure business solutions meet usability and information requirements.
- Assess solution risks and help prioritize competing business needs.
- Prepare analytical reports and serve as a liaison between stakeholders and testing teams.
- Analyze and document business processes, workflows, data flows, and business rules.
Qualifications & Skills
- High school diploma or GED required.
- 2–3 years of experience in an office or administrative environment.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience conducting cost-benefit analyses and developing business cases.
- Basic understanding of IT systems and business operations.
- Knowledge of core business functions and operational processes.
- Familiarity with business process modeling techniques and methodologies.
- Experience gathering and documenting business requirements through stakeholder engagement.
- Understanding of end-user requirements and solution design principles.
- Experience with project coordination, process mapping, dependency management, and testing support.
Position Details
- Shift: Morning
- Schedule: 8-hour shift
- Employment Type: 3-month contract with the opportunity for permanent full-time employment
- Work Location: On-site – 10 Auction Lane, Brampton, ON
Requirements
- Must be legally authorized to work in Canada.
- Minimum 1 year of accounting experience preferred.
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on Microsoft Excel experience required.
Pay: $45,000.00-$47,000.00 per year
