As an Operational Excellence Manager at our Peterborough, Ontario manufacturing facility, you will play a critical role in strengthening our operations by embedding a culture of continuous improvement and process reliability. This role partners across supply chain, production, quality, and operational teams to unlock efficiencies that enable growth, sustainability, and excellence in execution.
You will leverage proven Operational Excellence methodologies, advanced problem‑solving skills, and a focus on people's development to enhance productivity, elevate performance, and foster engagement throughout the plant. Facilitate workshops, Kaizen events, and value stream mapping sessions to identify performance gaps and implement measurable improvements in safety, quality, service, and cost.
Requirements & Qualifications
Bachelor's in engineering, Supply Chain, Business, related discipline, or equivalent work experience
5s (Inactive), Ammonia Refrigeration, Change Management, Continual Improvement Process, Food Safety and Sanitation (Inactive), Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point (HACCP), ISO 90001, Lean Manufacturing, Microsoft Office, PLC Logic, Production Management, Production Processes, Quality Control (QC), Six Sigma, Standard Operating Procedure (SOP)
Pay Range:
Canada: 104,000 CAD - 127,000 CAD
