Early Childhood Educator Assistant (ECEA)
Position Type: Full-Time, Permanent
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Wage: $19.00 – $21.00 per hour
We are seeking a passionate, reliable, and caring Early Childhood Educator Assistant (ECEA) to join our 3–5 Year Old Program at Enchanted Moments. Our program is designed to provide a nurturing, safe, and stimulating environment where young children can learn, grow, and thrive through play-based experiences.
We are looking for an educator who enjoys working collaboratively with others, values strong relationships with children and families, and is committed to supporting children's development and well-being.
Qualifications
- Valid ECEA Certificate
- Current First Aid Certificate
- Criminal Record Check
- Updated Resume
- Two Reference Letters
- Minimum one year of experience in a childcare setting preferred

Responsibilities
- Supervise and engage children throughout the day in a variety of activities, including art, circle time, outdoor play, meals, and free play
- Create a safe, welcoming, and inclusive learning environment
- Build positive relationships with children, families, and team members
- Support children's physical, emotional, social, and developmental needs
- Assist with program planning and implementation based on children's interests
- Maintain a clean, organized, and healthy classroom environment
- Follow licensing regulations, health and safety policies, and centre procedures
- Participate in team meetings and professional development opportunities as required
