Territory Sales Representative -London Ontario Area (South-Western Ontario)
Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and competitive Outside Sales Representative to join our fast-paced, high-energy team. This role is perfect for an initiative-taker with a strong understanding of the sales process, CRM software, and prospecting. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working within a team environment and be prepared to hit the road 3 to 4 days a week.
Responsibilities
- Travel to potential clients within our service area.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies.
- Deliver sales presentations to a range of prospective clients.
- Represent company at trade shows and customer events.
- Understand and empathize with partner pains to offer effective solutions.
- Utilize CRM software to track sales and client information.
- Prospect potential clients and convert leads into sales.
- Work collaboratively within a team to achieve sales goals.
- Critical thinking and problem solving for our partners and with our team.
Requirements
- Proven experience in an outside sales role.
- Minimum 3 years selling B to B exposure.
- Familiarity with CRM software and the sales process.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and networking skills.
- Ability to travel and stay overnight as required.
- Strong empathy skills with the ability to identify client needs and pains.
- Competitive nature with a drive to meet and exceed sales targets.
