Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Female Physiotherapist to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assessing, diagnosing, and treating patients with various musculoskeletal, neurological, and other physical conditions. Duties
- Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients to determine their physical therapy needs
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each patient’s condition
- Administer therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and other modalities to promote healing and mobility
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly
- Educate patients and their families on injury prevention, management strategies, and home exercise programs
- Document patient interactions accurately in medical records in accordance with healthcare regulations
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including doctors, nurses, and specialists to ensure holistic patient care
- Maintain a clean and safe treatment environment following hospital protocols
Skills
- Proven experience in hospital settings with a focus on acute care environments
- Specialized knowledge in pediatrics is preferred for treating younger patients effectively
- Strong patient care skills with compassionate communication abilities
- Proficiency in medical terminology relevant to physical therapy practice
