We are looking for a skilled and motivated Landscape Construction Technician to join our growing team. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys working outdoors and takes pride in building high-quality outdoor living spaces from start to finish.
You'll be involved in every stage of the construction process, transforming landscape designs into finished projects. From excavation and grading to the final installation of hardscape features, you'll work alongside a professional team delivering exceptional craftsmanship.
Responsibilities
- Construct decks, fences, pergolas, and other custom carpentry projects.
- Install interlock patios, walkways, driveways, retaining walls, and steps.
- Perform grading, excavation, sod installation, and site preparation.
- Operate skid steers, mini excavators, compactors, and other landscape equipment.
- Safely use a variety of hand tools and power tools.
- Read landscape plans and assist with project layout.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site.
- Work collaboratively with the crew to complete projects on schedule.
- Deliver high-quality workmanship with attention to detail.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in landscape construction, hardscaping, carpentry, or a related construction trade.
- Experience operating landscape machinery is considered an asset.
- Valid driver's licence (required).
- Strong understanding of construction methods and safe work practices.
- Comfortable lifting heavy materials and working outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work well within a team.
- Positive attitude with a strong work ethic.

- Hardscape construction
- Deck and fence construction
- Carpentry
- Excavation and grading
- Retaining walls
- Interlock installation
- Equipment operation
- Concrete finishing
