Are you a Mechanical Engineer with manufacturing experience looking to take ownership of key engineering projects while progressing into a senior engineering role?
This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing manufacturer in a highly autonomous role where you'll lead projects, support junior engineers, and play a key part in driving operational improvements across the site.
The company is continuing to invest heavily in its facilities, equipment, and engineering team. Due to ongoing growth, they are looking for a Mechanical Project Engineer to support a range of capital, continuous improvement, and operational projects.
In this role, you will manage projects from concept through completion, working closely with production, maintenance, and leadership teams to improve efficiency, reliability, and site performance.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious engineer looking to develop their project management and leadership skills within a growing manufacturing environment.
The Role

Lead engineering projects from conception to completion.

Deliver capital and continuous improvement initiatives.

Coordinate suppliers, contractors, and internal teams.

Support and mentor junior engineering staff.
The Person

Mechanical Engineering degree or diploma.

Manufacturing or industrial engineering experience.

Experience delivering engineering or process improvement projects.
