Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented General Office Administrator to join our team. This role is essential in ensuring smooth office operations, providing exceptional customer support, and maintaining accurate administrative records. The ideal candidate will possess strong computer skills and excellent communication abilities.
Duties
- Manage front desk responsibilities, including greeting visitors, answering phones and emails.
- Perform data entry tasks using Sage Business Vision and Google Workspace to maintain accurate records
- Handle filing systems both physically and digitally to ensure easy retrieval of documents
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and supporting clients effectively
- Support bookkeeping activities such as invoicing, billing, and basic financial record keeping
- Maintain organization of office supplies and equipment, including coordinating repairs or replacements as needed
Experience
- Prior clerical or administrative experience in an office setting is preferred
- Knowledge of front desk operations, filing procedures, and customer support is essential
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills are required
- Typing speed with high accuracy along with proofreading skills to ensure clear and professional correspondence
Pay: $17.20-$20.00 per hour
