Field Experience Coach
Part-Time | GTA
Reports to: Manager of Standards & Compliance
At Blondies, we believe people remember how you made them feel long after they've forgotten what they ordered.
The pizza matters. The food matters. But the experience matters just as much.
The music matters. The energy matters. The greeting matters. The cleanliness matters. The attitude of the team matters. The feeling a guest gets when they walk in and the feeling they leave with matters.
We're looking for someone who understands that.
More importantly, we're looking for someone who cares about it as much as we do.
You're probably the type of person who gets personally offended by bad customer service. Not because you're difficult and not because you're entitled. You're the type of person who walks into a business and immediately notices when something feels off. Maybe nobody acknowledged a guest. Maybe the team looks disengaged. Maybe the store is clean but somehow still doesn't feel cared for. Maybe the energy is just flat.
Most people notice those things and move on.
You don't.
You find yourself thinking about how it could be better.
You genuinely enjoy helping people succeed. You enjoy coaching. You enjoy developing teams. You enjoy creating environments where both guests and employees actually want to spend their time. You understand that hospitality isn't a script and it isn't a checklist. It's a feeling. It's the difference between someone grabbing a slice and someone becoming a regular.
This role will spend time travelling between our corporate and franchise locations throughout the GTA, helping coach managers and team members, supporting training initiatives, identifying opportunities for improvement, and helping raise the standard across the organization. Some days you'll be helping a manager become a stronger leader. Some days you'll be coaching frontline staff on hospitality and guest interactions. Some days you'll be helping identify operational opportunities that are hiding in plain sight. And some days you'll simply be acting as an extra set of eyes and ears, helping us understand what our guests are experiencing every day.
We're not looking for someone who wants to sit behind a desk.
We're not looking for someone who loves policies more than people.
We're looking for someone with energy. Someone with personality. Someone who can build relationships quickly. Someone who can coach without preaching. Someone who can hold people accountable while still earning their respect.
Maybe you've worked for Lululemon. Maybe Apple. Maybe a great restaurant group. Maybe a hospitality brand that people rave about. The brand itself isn't important. What matters is that you've experienced exceptional customer service firsthand and understand what it takes to create it consistently.
Please don't send us a resume.
Seriously.
We're much more interested in who you are than where you've worked.
Send us a cover letter.
Send us a voice note.
Send us a video.
Send us whatever you think best shows us who you are.
Use your own voice.
Tell us why customer service matters to you.
Tell us about the best customer experience you've ever had.
Tell us about the worst customer experience you've ever had.
And please don't just dump this posting into ChatGPT and send us back whatever it spits out
We're looking for someone with personality, energy and good judgement. Someone who naturally connects with people, notices the little things, and isn't afraid to speak up when something isn't right. The best candidate for this role will probably be the person who walks into a restaurant, retail store or coffee shop and immediately notices what's working, what's not working, and starts thinking about how to make it better. If that sounds like you, we'll probably get along.
This role starts as a part-time position, but we're not looking for a part-time person.
We're looking for the right person.
We have multiple growing brands, ambitious plans, and lots of opportunity for someone who can build culture, develop people, and create exceptional guest experiences.
If you're looking for a job, this probably isn't for you.
If you're looking for an opportunity to help build something special, we'd love to hear from you.
Pay: $30.00 per hour
