Guardteck is looking for Security Officers for Richmond.
The job requires having a vehicle to commute to and from Richmond as shifts are 4:30 AM to 12:30 PM and 5:30 AM to 1:30 PM.
Wage: $19.44-20.51/hr
Duties and responsibilities:

Preserve clients’ interests, needs, and wants at all times while working up to the standards of GuardTeck Security.

Attend training, orientation sessions, and staff meetings as required by GuardTeck Security.

Provide safety and security services to the property, customer and third parties.

If an incident occurs, report and document in a detailed and accurate manner and follow emergency procedures.

Promote an efficient, professional, and agile approach when dealing with difficult situations.

Enforce third parties and guards to follow protocols, rules, and policies of the property/event.

Responsible for ensuring that equipment is working accordingly with the site and GuardTeck Security requirements.

Constantly document observations no matter if there is an incident or not.

Enforcing site related policies to the public

Responsible for opening and closing the location while checking that there are no people or hazards inside.

Constantly patrol the perimeter of the location/event, while assuring that there are no hazards that can affect people’s health and safety.

Promote a comfortable environment and strong relationships that encourage teamwork and care for every individual.

Understand and be aware of the site layout.

Communicate any possible risks to guards’ supervisors.

Have and enforce above-and-beyond customer service, performance and high-quality deliverables.
