We are growing, and we are looking for the person who owns the front end of that growth.
The Opportunity
This is not a support role or a set of extra hands. This is our front-end revenue engine.
Right now, our most in-demand consultations are bottlenecked through one person. We need a consultation and sales leader who can take that over, lift conversion, and own the guest journey from first inquiry to a booked, confident treatment plan. You will be the person guests remember, the reason they say yes, and the reason they come back.

What You'll Do
- Lead the majority of new-guest consultations and make them exceptional.
- Build clear, honest treatment plans that guests understand and trust.
- Convert consultations into booked treatments and appropriate packages.
- Follow up with guests who need time, and thoughtfully recover "I'll think about it" opportunities.
- Support our nurse injectors and laser technicians in sales and plan reinforcement.
- Improve rebooking so guests leave with their next step already scheduled.
- Fill last-minute openings and strengthen provider schedule utilization.
- Act as the bridge between reception, consultation, and treatment providers.
- Hold our brand standard at all times: education-first, warm, honest, never pushy.
What We're Looking For
We are open to two kinds of candidates: an experienced nurse injector with strong consultation skills, or a high-calibre aesthetic consultant or treatment coordinator who owns the sales conversation and is supported clinically by our medical team.
You should bring:
- A proven ability to lead consultations and turn them into booked services.
- Genuine comfort with money conversations and ethical, education-based selling.
- High emotional intelligence and strong instincts for guest experience.
- Strong organization, attention to detail, and comfort being accountable to real numbers.
- A team-first mindset. You want the whole clinic to win, not just your own column.
Strong Assets (Not Required)
- An active nurse injector license and clinical experience.
- An existing clientele you can bring with you.
- A background in medical aesthetics, cosmetic surgery, dental treatment coordination, luxury retail, or high-end hospitality.
- Experience mentoring or supporting other providers.
Nurse injector experience is a real asset, but it is not a hard requirement for an exceptional consultation and sales professional.
Compensation
Base salary plus performance bonus. Your range depends on your experience and profile:

For candidates bringing existing clientele, a higher guaranteed base is tied to actual revenue performance.
