Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Line Cook/Supervisor to join our dynamic culinary team. Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and quality standards
- Oversee daily kitchen operations, ensuring efficiency and adherence to safety protocols

- Ensure proper food handling, storage, and sanitation procedures are followed at all times
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies to maintain smooth workflow
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area throughout shifts
- Collaborate with front-of-house staff to coordinate meal service and address guest needs
- Enforce food safety regulations and uphold health standards within the kitchen environment
Experience
- Proven experience in food preparation, cooking, or food service roles within a restaurant or food industry setting
- Prior supervisory or leadership experience in a kitchen environment is preferred
- Strong knowledge of food safety practices and proper handling techniques
- Familiarity with meal preparation, restaurant operations, and kitchen equipment usage
- Excellent serving skills with a focus on customer satisfaction and teamwork
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced setting
