We are establishing Crestridge Western College, initially in Alberta with plans to expand to BC. We are currently collaborating with the Childcare Regulatory Board of Alberta to develop a curriculum and secure program approval. As part of this process, we are seeking qualified individuals to assist in curriculum development.
We are looking for professionals holding a Master’s degree in Adult Education, Education with a focus on adult learning, Curriculum Studies, or Instructional Design with 3-5 years of experience. If you possess expertise in any of these fields, we encourage you to apply. Your resume will be forwarded to the Childcare Regulatory Board for qualification verification. Once confirmed, we aim to bring you on board in a part-time, weekend, or freelance capacity, depending on your availability, to assist with curriculum development.
Upon program approval, there will be opportunities for full-time instructor positions with the college.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement engaging, well-structured lesson plans tailored to adult learners.
- Design curriculum that fosters student comprehension and retention.
- Facilitate interactive classroom discussions and encourage student participation.
- Assess student progress through evaluations and provide constructive feedback.
- Maintain a positive and collaborative classroom environment.
- Work alongside other educators and staff to enhance the overall learning experience.
