Responsibilities:
- Oversee the planning, execution, and completion of reclamation and civil construction projects.
- Develop and manage project budgets, schedules, and resources to ensure successful project delivery within time and budget constraints.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure quality, safety, and compliance with project specifications.
- Monitor project progress and adjust plans as necessary to address any challenges or delays.
- Conduct site visits to assess progress, quality, and safety standards.
- Ensure all required permits, environmental assessments, and regulatory approvals are obtained and adhered to.
- Maintain clear communication with clients, stakeholders, and project team members to provide regular updates on project status.
- Prepare and present progress reports, cost estimates, and other documentation to senior management and clients.
- Implement risk management strategies and ensure that safety protocols are strictly followed on-site.
- Lead and mentor a team of construction professionals, ensuring effective collaboration and performance across all areas of the project.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or related field (preferred)
- 5 years of experience in project management, with a focus on reclamation and civil construction projects. (preferred)
- Strong understanding of environmental regulations, reclamation processes, and civil construction methodologies.
- Proven experience managing budgets, schedules, and project teams.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
- Proficient in project management software
- PMP (Project Management Professional) or similar certification. (preferred)
- Knowledge of safety standards and practices in construction.
- Ability to work independently and make decisions under pressure.
- Ability to prioritize tasks
- Ability to work in field as needed

Pay: $27.00-$45.00 per hour
