Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team at a building in Elora, ON. This position will be a permanent full time position. The hours are Monday to Friday 3pm - 11pm and one shift every other weekend.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness in the building, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment. This role offers an opportunity to contribute to the upkeep of commercial spaces, with a focus on quality and efficiency. Prior experience in cleaning or facilities maintenance is preferred but not required, as training will be provided. Required to use a walk behind scrubber.
Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of commercial spaces, including floors, windows, restrooms, and common areas
- Use cleaning supplies and equipment safely and effectively to maintain high standards of cleanliness
- Follow established cleaning protocols and schedules to ensure all areas are serviced regularly
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to health and safety regulations
Experience
- Previous experience in cleaning, or commercial cleaning is advantageous but not mandatory
- Ability to work independently with attention to detail and efficiency
- Strong work ethic with a focus on quality service and safety standards
Pay: $18.50 per hour
