Sunderland Co-operative Inc., is currently seeking a Full Time Customer Service Representative – Fuel Department Lindsay, ON
Position Summary: As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact with our customers and you will act as a liaison, provide product/services information, answer questions, and resolve any issues that our customer accounts might have with accuracy and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities

Answer large volume of incoming calls

Identify and assess customers’ needs

Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open communication

Stay up to date on product knowledge, company policies and procedures

Other duties as assigned
Minimum Qualifications and Requirements

Proficient with Microsoft Office products (MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook)

Strong communication skills

Order accuracy & detail-oriented

Ability to multitask, organize and manage time effectively

Previous order desk experience an asset

Must be able to thrive in a busy environment
