Administrative Assistant / Patient Coordinator
Location: The Chicklets Dental Hygiene Clinic – Moncton, NB

The Chicklets Dental Hygiene Clinic is seeking a friendly, organized, and professional Administrative Assistant / Patient Coordinator to join our growing team. This is an exciting opportunity to be the welcoming face of our clinic and help create exceptional experiences for our patients every day.
Responsibilities
- Greet and check in patients with a warm and professional attitude
- Answer phone calls, emails, text messages, and patient inquiries
- Schedule, confirm, and manage appointments
- Process payments and assist with insurance claims
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
- Support daily administrative operations to keep the clinic running smoothly
- Help create an outstanding patient experience from start to finish
Qualifications
- Friendly, positive, and patient-focused personality
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable using computers, software, and digital scheduling systems
- Professional, dependable, and able to work independently and as part of a team
- Previous experience in customer service, administration, or a healthcare setting is considered an asset
- Experience working in a dental or dental hygiene office is preferred but not required
- Bilingualism (English and French) is preferred
- Willingness to learn and grow within a supportive team environment
