The opportunity:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Product Data & Pricing Administrator to manage, maintain, and update product information and pricing data across all FXR platforms, including ERP and e-commerce systems. This role coordinates price changes with sales and marketing teams, manages pricing and discount lists, and analyzes sales trends to support category review meetings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Data Maintenance – accurately input, update, and manage product master data including sku’s, descriptions, and pricing in ERP systems. Upload line sheet data to Nu Order. Proof Catalogues for data, price changes. Transfer & purchase pricing.
- Pricing and Promotion Administration – implement approved price changes, manage customer pricing and discount lists, and ensure consistency across systems.
- Analysis & Reporting - Update data to support category review meetings. Update prices as provided by price review/sales meetings
Requirements:
- Proficient in the use of computers and associated programs, including working knowledge of MS Office products (Outlook, Excel, Word)
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, in writing and verbally
- Aptitude to learn quickly, make sound decisions and problem solve
- Able to adapt to changing priorities
- Exposure to Motocross and/or Snowmobile racing culture is considered an asset
- Previous experience with Netsuite an asset.
