Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Line Cook to join our vibrant restaurant team. Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook menu items with attention to quality, presentation, and consistency
- Assist in food preparation tasks such as chopping, measuring, and assembling ingredients
- Follow food safety guidelines and proper handling procedures at all times
- Maintain cleanliness of workstations, utensils, and kitchen equipment
- Ensure timely delivery of orders to the dining area while maintaining high standards of service
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth workflow during busy periods
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate needs for restocking ingredients or supplies
- Adhere to restaurant policies regarding food handling, sanitation, and safety standards
Qualifications
- Previous experience in food service, restaurant, or kitchen environment preferred
- Knowledge of food preparation techniques, cooking methods, and meal presentation
- Familiarity with food safety regulations and proper food handling procedures
- Strong understanding of the food industry standards for cleanliness and hygiene
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment under pressure

- Flexibility to work various shifts including evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed
