Position Summary
YLK & BATTER is looking for a Front of House Manager who leads with presence, professionalism, and attention to detail. This role is for someone who understands that hospitality starts long before a plate hits the table, and that atmosphere, pacing, presentation, and energy all matter equally.
What You’ll Do
· Lead daily front-of-house operations during brunch and service hours
· Coach and develop service staff to maintain elevated hospitality standards
· Oversee floor flow, reservations, waitlists, and guest experience
· Ensure cleanliness, music, ambiance, and presentation standards are consistently maintained
· Collaborate with kitchen leadership to ensure timing, communication, and plating standards align
· Handle guest feedback professionally and proactively
· Support hiring, training, scheduling, and team development
· Supervise FOH staff to ensure excellent customer service
· Manage FOH operations, including ordering supplies, scheduling, and balancing accounts.
· Serve tables as needed
· Assist in beverage service during peak times
