Responsibilities
- Design and implement developmentally appropriate activities that stimulate learning and creativity for young children.
- Provide attentive caregiving to meet each child's individual needs, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times.
- Support children’s social-emotional growth by encouraging positive interactions, sharing, and conflict resolution.
- Maintain a clean, organized classroom environment that promotes independence and exploration.
- Collaborate with colleagues and families to develop personalized care plans and share progress updates.
- Assist children with daily routines such as meals, naps, hygiene, and transitions to foster independence.
- Observe and document children's developmental milestones to inform teaching strategies and report progress to parents or guardians.
Experience
- Prior experience working with children in a classroom or caregiving setting is highly valued.
- Demonstrated ability to provide compassionate caregiving tailored to individual needs.
- Classroom experience that showcases your ability to manage group activities effectively.
- Experience working with children with disabilities or special needs is a strong plus.
- Knowledge of early childhood education principles and best practices to support holistic development.
- Strong communication skills for engaging with children, families, and team members professionally.
- A genuine enthusiasm for fostering a positive learning environment where every child feels valued and supported.
