WeirFoulds LLP is seeking a mid-level associate lawyer to join our thriving Commercial Litigation Practice Group. The ideal candidate will have:
- 4-6 years of commercial litigation experience working on complex litigation files (year of call 2018, 2019 or 2020)
- Strong technical, legal, research, drafting, and organization skills
- Demonstrated strengths in entrepreneurialism including client service, client relationships and client development
- Ability to work with lawyers at all levels and be a team player
- Ability to balance competing demands as well as be self-motivated, innovative and flexible
- Ability to manage document intensive files
- Confidence to manage files and clients independently
- Strong work ethic and commitment to excellence
- Excellent academic credentials
The successful candidate will work with our team of commercial litigators on a variety of challenging, sophisticated, and complex litigation cases, representing a broad range of clients.
