Job Description
Universal Promotions is seeking a creative and motivated Graphic Designer to join our team for the summer festival season. Age 24-29yrs.
This role offers hands-on experience designing for large-scale events, including social media campaigns, event promotions, and on-site festival branding.
Responsibilities
- Design social media content (Instagram posts, stories, reels covers)
- Create event posters, flyers, and digital ads
- Assist with festival branding (banners, signage, backdrops)
- Maintain consistent visual identity across all platforms
- Work with the marketing team on campaign rollouts
- Make revisions quickly based on feedback
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in or graduated from a Graphic Design, Digital Media, or related program
- Strong portfolio (required)
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator
- Understanding of social media design trends
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Strong attention to detail and layout skills
Nice to Have
- Experience designing for events, concerts, or festivals
- Canva, After Effects, or video editing skills
- Interest in cultural or community events
Pay: $17.60 per hour
